I was so excited to find out I won a big ass Beach Body prize from the Broke Ass Bride. I didn’t even enter but won just for signing up for her newsletter a while back. I am venturing into writing some DIY content for a bridal site so I ran around and signed up at wedding blogs for inspiration and my name got plucked and boom I won!

I am very familiar with Beach Body DVDs because I have all of Shaun T’s and I totally have a crush on him.

Yea for me and my new workout gear and tons of DVDs! Ok let’s get moving.

Just Dance

We are at it again – Ladies come dance with us tonight. We’ll be at the Wilshire Plaza dancing from 6 to 8 pm.

Women’s dance party. No lights, no lycra. Friday, March 25th 6pm-8pm

Five dollars at the door. All the water you can drink.

Wine available before or afterward next door at AZ Wines.

Location: 2515 N Scottsdale Road, Suite 20 Scottsdale, AZ (Oak and Scottsdale Rd. in the Wilshire Plaza)

RSVP with the name of a favorite song, or artist, you like to dance to and we’ll add it into the music mix and bring your own ipod filled with tunes you want to play.

All The Dancing Ladies

We had such a great time at the first ever dancing ladies night. A big big thank you to Richelle (aka fabulous) for allowing us to use her Ultimate Body Boot Camp studio. We turned the lights out, turned the tunes up and danced the night away. We then popped over to AZ wine for a night cap! Fabulous night – thanks for those who came out – we’ll do it again soon.
