Explore: Pre Super Bowl Events in Downtown Phoenix

As the Super Bowl draws closer we can’t tell whats more exciting, the actual event or all the great events leading up to the big game. Over the next couple of days downtown Phoenix will be transformed into a giant Super Bowl party  full of live music, drinks, local food and family fun. While the game is only a week away we have the opportunity to enjoy some of the fun and festivities before thousands of out of state visitors flock in. The Downtown PHX Food Samplerdrinks

Nerdy Events In Phoenix This Month

We all know this is a big year with the Super Bowl being in Arizona, but for our less athletically inclined there are still some great things to check out in AZ this year. Like the Arizona SciTech Festival, which runs from late Jan through March. There will be around 700 events and workshops for all ages, some online, that promote use of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math). Changing STEM into STEAM

We love a good Ted Talk video, and here’s a great one to watch about the power of STEAM in education today. The two guys in this video had ordinary jobs in the STEM industry but found themselves getting burned out. By mixing it up a little and adding some STEAM to their work, they found the key to innovation and changing their lives. If you can relate their story we definitely recommend taking a look at their Ted Talk.
