It’s the one day out of the entire year where math enthusiasts can unite to promote their affinity for that magical and mysterious symbol know as Pi. The date this year marks an especially important milestone for Pi lovers because the date formatted at mm-dd-yy would be 03-14-15 and as most of you may already know 03.1415 is the initial sequence for Pi.
