It’s Pi day!

It’s the one day out of the entire year where math enthusiasts can unite to promote their affinity for that magical and mysterious symbol know as Pi. The date this year marks an especially important milestone for Pi lovers because the date formatted at mm-dd-yy would be 03-14-15 and as most of you may already know 03.1415 is the initial sequence for Pi. But why give Pi its very own day you might ask? Well we have found this handy infographic with plenty of facts about power of Pi.

Tomorrow night celebrate the power of STEAM learning at STEAMtastic, part of the Arizona SciTech Festival. At this FREE event for all ages there will be tons of hands on learning activities to choose from, including the Science behind brewing your own beer for the 21 and up.
